So after looking, a lot, into making rice balls (onigiri) I have learned that it is quite an art form. I thought I would give it a try and make something more than just a simple ball. I found a post about how to make a panda face and thought, “That will be good for me to start with. I got my nori and started cutting away. I made some tofu katsu for dinner and figured that would be a good protein. Green beens from dinner with some simple carrot stars and topped it with my two onigiri. The left side has a myriad of items from our local Korean market. Black beans, which were rather hard and dried shredded squid, picked cucumber and one cucumber star.
